Our Mortgage broker fees are as follows:-
A fee of up to 0.35% of the loan for arranging all aspects of residential
property purchase, including self-certification and buy to let loans ie -
£350 for an advance of £100,000 subject to a minimum amount of £350. This
is paid at the time of application.
For more specialist or non conforming mortgages, involving equity release
or home reversion mortgages or if you have an impaired credit history, we
charge upto 1% of the loan ie - £1,000 for an advance of £100,000, subject
to a minimum of £500. This is paid at the time of application.
We will also receive commission from the lender
